Refund and Returns Policy

At BioCargoX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is:

Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds on final sale or promotional items unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Briefly describe the issue and attach photos if applicable
Our team will respond with return instructions and next steps

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — with a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or card statement
Contact your payment provider
